Dr. Obadiah has joined the League of UNIPGC Diplomats after been inducted as Special Envoy to Kajiado County, Republic Of Kenya during the Dinner of the African Leadership & Governance Masterclass which took place at M-Hotel, Kigali Rwanda on Wednesday 29th April, 2026.
His Investiture was conducted by the Global President and Chairman Of the UNIPGC Supreme Council, His Excellency, Amb Dr Jonathan Ojadah GCOP who confered his certificate during the Dinner GALA Reception.

Dr. Njoroge Obadiah Kimani is one of East Africa's most accomplished legal and financial minds a rare professional whose expertise spans law, taxation, accounting, arbitration and mediation with equal depth and distinction. Over a career of more than three decades, he has built institutions, trained professionals and served clients across the private and public sectors with a standard of excellence that few can match.

Academically, Dr. Kimani's credentials are formidable. He holds a Ph.D. in Finance from Washington International University, an Honorary Ph.D. in Public Administration from Commonwealth University, a Master of Business Administration from Moi University, and a Master of Laws from the University of Salford supplemented by a Bachelor of Laws with Honours from the University of Nairobi and a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law. This extraordinary breadth of academic formation across law, finance and public administration gives him a perspective on governance, commerce and justice that very few practitioners in Africa can claim.



His professional certifications are equally impressive. Dr. Kimani is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, a certified Tax Agent with the Kenya Revenue Authority, a Certified Public Accountant, a Certified Public Secretary, a Chartered Arbitrator and a Certified Professional Mediator a combination that positions him as a truly multidisciplinary professional at the highest level of his fields. He is a member of the Law Society of Kenya, the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, and the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya.

His career began with foundational training at the Income Tax Training School and the Income Tax Department, before he stepped into the private sector to build two enduring professional institutions Kimani & Associates, an audit firm, and Njoroge O. Kimani & Co. Advocates, a law firm both of which he continues to lead. He has also given generously of his knowledge as a lecturer at the Kenya School of Law, where he trained the next generation of advocates through the Advocates Training Programme.

Dr. Njoroge Obadiah Kimani is a man who has mastered not one field but many and placed every one of them in service of justice, commerce and the advancement of his profession. That is a legacy worthy of the highest.
